Built by Dirango.
This year commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. Photographers Ara Oshagan and Levon Parian had started a project 15 years ago photographing all the genocide survivors. In April the County of Los Angeles sponsored the project and let them utilize Grand Park in downtown. The artists printed their photos onto 15 foot statues and setup an art installation at the park.
The project needed a website to publicize the art installation. Dirango partnered with the group to build the website. Being on a tight deadline, the entire website was designed and built in one week.
We are proud of the following features:
-Homepage drone photography video
-CMS for the artists to update.
-A directory and profile page for the genocide survivors. In the spirit of the art installation, we extended the project to the website with this profile directory. The profiles include photos, stories, birth and travel information.
